Rosbottom Interests, through various entities and partnerships, is currently involved in 18 full service truck stop-travel centers throughout Louisiana. The company entered the retail fuel marketing industry in 1994 with the acquisition of Minden Truck Center located on Interstate-20 near Minden, Louisiana. The involvement began as a strategic move on the part of management to capitalize on the truck stop casino business in Louisiana. Today, the company's participation in the retail fuel business ranges from a casino operator to total management of a facility including restaurant, convenience store, and fuel outlet. This vertical integration strategy led to ownership and management of numerous travel centers throughout Louisiana. The company has numerous sites under contract for further expansion.
