Rosbottom Interests actively began acquiring and managing various commercial real estate properties in 1991. Its current portfolio of properties are located throughout Louisiana, East Texas, and New Mexico.

The real estate portfolio is principally commercial real estate consisting of warehouses, office buildings, retail outlets, and shopping centers. Acquisitions are primarily income producing properties with tenants ranging from Wendy's Restaurant to Household International, Inc. The majority of the properties are managed internally by Capstone Realty & Management, L.L.C., a commercial brokerage company.
